Cucumber Gel Eye Patches:
Use enclosed spatula to gently lift and separate a delicate gel patch. Apply onto clean, dry under eye area. Repeat on other side. Relax and enjoy for 10 to 15 minutes. Discard after use and gently pat remaining serum into skin. Use as a makeup shield to protect from loose eyeshadow and mascara fallout, then remove to reveal a silky, smooth canvas for under eye makeup application. For external use only.

24K Gold Mask:
Apply a very generous, non-transparent layer to clean skin, thoroughly covering entire face. Allow to remain on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use 2-3 times a week or as desired.

Cucumber Gel Mask:
Apply a generous coat to clean skin. Allow mask to remain on for 10 minutes. Rinse off with cool water. For a very cool treatment, refrigerate product. For an intensive treatment, apply a thin layer and leave on overnight. Use 2 to 3 times a week or daily for extra hydration.

Water Drench Broad Spectrum SPF45 Hyaluronic Cloud Moisturizer:
Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every two hours. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Apply immediately after towel drying.

Water Drench Hyaluronic Glow Serum:
Apply glow serum to face and neck twice daily with continued use.

Anti Aging Gel:
Combination, oily and acne prone skin, use once or twice daily. Normal, dry and sun damaged skin, use two to three times a week at first, increasing usage if well-tolerated. Apply a small amount of cleansing gel over moistened skin with the fingertips. Work into a rich, foamy lather and massage gently for one minute. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently pat dry. Follow with PTR treatment product, moisturizer and/or sun protection.

FirmX Peeling Gel:
Apply a generous amount to clean, dry skin. Gently massage in a circular motion to visibly exfoliate. Rinse well with water. For extra enzymatic exfoliation, leave on for 1 to 5 minutes before rinsing. Use 1 to 3 times a week depending on skin sensitivity. For external use only.

Pumpkin Enzyme Mask:
Apply a thin layer to clean skin. Gently massage in a circular motion with wet fingertips to polish with micro-polishing Aluminum Oxide Crystals. Leave on for 3 to 7 minutes depending on skin sensitivity and let the AHAs and enzymes work. Rinse thoroughly. Use 1 or 2 times a week.
For external use only. Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

Instant FirmX Eye Tightener:
• Start by cleansing with a non-oily cleanser. Avoid using eye cream if possible. If you prefer to use eye cream, allow the product to fully absorb and dry.
• Shake the tube and squeeze out a pea-size amount on the top of the hand.
• Using fingertips or a clean, dry makeup brush, pick up a tiny amount of the product and apply onto a completely dry eye area for best results.
• Using upward strokes, spread a thin layer of the gel onto the under-eye area, crow’s feet, “”11″” lines between the brows, and beneath and above the brow bone (but not on the moveable eyelid).
• Let the product dry for approximately 5 minutes while remaining expressionless. Do not squint or smile.
• If you notice any white residue, moisten a cotton swab (or your fingertip) and remove excess by gently patting the edges.
• Once the product is completely dry, you are good to go! You can gently pat on makeup, such as eyeshadow, under-eye concealer or powder. To prolong the effects of Instant FIRMx Eye, avoid water-based makeup.

Apply fluffy-light cream twice daily to face and neck with continued use. For external use only.

Shake well. Sparingly apply a thin layer to freshly cleansed, dry skin. Remain expressionless. Product will dry within 3 to 7 minutes. When your face feels pulled and tight, continue with makeup application.

Returns policy

Our goal at Skin Elite is to have happy and satisfied customers. If, after receipt, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return request in your account or by contacting our Customer Service team within 30 days of the purchase date at 1-888-400-4472 or at customerservices@skinelite.com.

If you wish to return an item, please ensure you obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there was a shipping error or damage. Returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

If you are an Elite Rewards Member just go to the Orders section within your Account and click on ‘Return Item’ and follow the instructions.

Please allow up to 2 weeks, from receipt of item(s), for refunds and store credits to be processed. Skin Elite reserves the right to reject any return and to change or update this return policy at any time. For more details, go to our Returns Policy page.

Shipping & Insurance

We proudly offer free shipping on orders $30 or more, after discounts, using either the United States Postal Services (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail and UPS Ground within the United States. Expedited UPS and FedEx delivery services are available at an additional cost. Please note that a few of our products are restricted to ground shipping only and some orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Most orders are delivered within 2-3 days. However delivery times can also depend on external factors as well as internal USPS, UPS or FedEx factors and therefore cannot be guaranteed. If you have not received your order within 14 days after your shipping confirmation, then please contact us immediately at customerservices@skinelite.com.

Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly before you place your order. If the address is incomplete, it may delay receipt of the package.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Refused Packages and Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before your order is placed. If the address is incomplete, it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a $10 fee if delivery is refused or undeliverable. This often happens when the apartment or suite number is missing.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

All delivery methods can experience a range of delivery times. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. However, delivery times can also depend on external factors as well as internal UPS / USPS / FedEx factors and therefore cannot be guaranteed. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska or a non-contiguous State, shipments will take up to 14 days for delivery. Please note we must be contacted at customerservices@skinelite.com within 21 days of shipping notification to address shipping issues.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of order receipt. You will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking number as soon as a shipping label is created. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Cut off time for Expedited and Next Day shipping options is 2pm ET. We cannot ship to PO boxes for Expedited and Next Day Shipping.

All deliveries are tracked with delivery confirmation provided. Insurance of packages is effective up to delivery confirmation only. Once items are confirmed as delivered, packages become the responsibility of the customer. Packages tracked as delivered, but reported missing, will need a UPS / USPS/ FedEx claim number to be investigated.
