Refused Packages and Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before your order is placed. If the address is incomplete, it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a $10 fee if delivery is refused or undeliverable. This often happens when the apartment or suite number is missing.
We proudly offer Free Shipping using either the United States Postal Services (USPS) First Class and Priority mail, or UPS Ground on all merchandise orders within the United States. FedEx delivery services are available at an additional cost. Please note that a few of our products are restricted to ground shipping only.
How long will delivery take?
All delivery methods can experience a range of delivery times. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 days. However, delivery times can also depend on external factors as well as internal UPS / USPS / FedEx factors and therefore cannot be guaranteed. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska or a non-contiguous State, shipments will take up to 14 days for delivery. Please note we must be contacted at [email protected] within 21 days of shipping notification to address shipping issues.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of order receipt. You will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking number as soon as a shipping label is created. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
All deliveries are tracked with delivery confirmation provided. Insurance of packages is effective up to delivery confirmation only. Once items are confirmed as delivered, packages become the responsibility of the customer. Packages tracked as delivered, but reported missing, will need a UPS / USPS/ FedEx claim number to be investigated.
My USPS package is lost?
Contact your local post office or fill out a form at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm as soon as you feel your package is off track. They will need your tracking number. If, after 7 days of the last tracking update, your package has not been found, please contact us at [email protected] within 21 days of the shipped date. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 7 days.
My UPS package is lost?
Chat with UPS at https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-support-center.page to receive help locating your package. Contact us at [email protected] if you don’t find a resolution with UPS.
My package is marked “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Contact your local post office or fill out a form at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm as soon as your package is marked delivered. Wait 5 days but no longer than 15 days before contacting us at [email protected]. Please be prepared to provide a police report number and PDF. We may also require proof of identity, address, etc). We will investigate and resolve the issue within 7 days.
My product arrived damaged.
Contact us at [email protected] as soon as you open your package (no later than 15 days of receipt). Provide photos of the damaged product and the shipping box it came in. Describe the condition of the product. DO NOT THOW ANYTHING OUT. It is up to our discretion on how each case will be handled, depending on severity of the damage. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 7 days.
