Apply generously 15 minutes prior to sun exposure and reapply every 2 hours. When swimming or sweating, use a water-resistant sunscreen.

Sun Protection Measures: Engaging in sun exposure heightens the likelihood of developing skin cancer and accelerates skin aging. To mitigate these risks, consistently use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF of 15 or higher along with additional sun safety practices. These include minimizing time spent in direct sunlight, particularly between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., and wearing protective clothing such as long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.
