BABOR Basic Care Moisturizing Cream is for combination to oily skin. Contains panthenol and polysaccharides to thoroughly moisturize dry areas of the skin. Rice starch also works to balance and mattify oily areas.
Directions
Apply to the skin AM and PM, after cleansing and toning.
